class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">REGULARICEN<\/span><\/strong> fiscalmente con respecto a sus <strong>viviendas, locales<\/strong> destinados en <strong>plazas, bazares, corredores<\/strong> comerciales as\u00ed como <strong>cajones<\/strong> de estacionamiento, el gobierno de la CdMx <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">CONTINUAR\u00c1<\/span><\/strong> con el Programa por el que <strong>CONDONA<\/strong> al <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">100%<\/span><\/strong> las siguientes contribuciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><span style=\"color:#8a3e08\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Impuesto Predial;<\/span><\/strong> <\/li><li>Impuesto sobre <strong>Adquisici\u00f3n <\/strong>de<strong> Inmuebles<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Derechos de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">inscripci\u00f3n<\/span> en el Registro P\u00fablico<\/strong> de la Propiedad y del Comercio;<\/li><li>Derechos con motivo de las <strong>constancias<\/strong> de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">folio real<\/span><\/strong> que expide el Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad y de Comercio;<\/li><li>Derechos por <strong>registro<\/strong> de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">relotificaci\u00f3n, subdivisi\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong> o <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">fusi\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong> de predios;<\/li><li>Derechos por el <strong>registro, an\u00e1lisis<\/strong> y estudio de <strong>manifestaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">construcci\u00f3n <\/span><\/strong>tipos <strong>\u201cA\u201d, \u201cB\u201d y \u201cC\u201d<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Derechos por la expedici\u00f3n de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">licencias<\/span> <\/strong>de<strong> subdivisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, <strong>relotificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> o <strong>fusi\u00f3n<\/strong> de predios;<\/li><li>Derechos por la <strong>expedici\u00f3n <\/strong>de<strong> certificado<\/strong> de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">libertad<\/span><\/strong> de <strong>existencia<\/strong> o <strong>inexistencia<\/strong> de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">grav\u00e1menes<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>limitaciones<\/strong> de dominio y <strong>anotaciones<\/strong> preventivas;<\/li><li>Derechos por la <strong>devoluci\u00f3n <\/strong>de<strong> documentos <\/strong>como resultado de la <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">calificaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong>, ya sea que se <strong>deniegue<\/strong> el asiento por causas insubsanables, o cuando <strong>no se cumpla<\/strong> con los <strong>requisitos<\/strong> exigidos en la suspensi\u00f3n;<\/li><li>Derechos por la <strong>devoluci\u00f3n <\/strong>de<strong> documentos<\/strong> a solicitud del interesado, siempre y cuando el documento <strong>no haya entrado<\/strong> a <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">calificaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong>;<\/li><li>Derechos por los servicios de <strong>alineamiento <\/strong>y<strong> se\u00f1alamiento<\/strong> de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">n\u00famero oficial<\/span><\/strong>;<\/li><li>Derechos por la <strong>expedici\u00f3n <\/strong>de <strong>certificado \u00fanico <\/strong>de<strong> <\/strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>zonificaci\u00f3<\/strong>n<\/span> de uso de suelo;<\/li><li>Derechos por certificado de <strong>acreditaci\u00f3n <\/strong>de<strong> uso <\/strong>del <strong>suelo<\/strong> por <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">derechos adquiridos<\/span><\/strong>;<\/li><li>Derechos por el <strong>dictamen<\/strong> de estudio de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">impacto urbano<\/span><\/strong> que efect\u00fae la autoridad competente;<\/li><li>Derechos por la <strong>inscripci\u00f3n<\/strong> de las <strong>modificaciones<\/strong> a los <strong>Programas Parciales<\/strong> o <strong>Delegacionales<\/strong> de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Desarrollo Urbano<\/span><\/strong>, efectuadas a solicitud de los propietarios de los predios afectados por dichos Programas;<\/li><li>Derechos por la <strong>autorizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> para <strong>usar<\/strong> las <strong>redes <\/strong>de <strong>agua<\/strong>, <strong>drenaje<\/strong> o <strong>modificar<\/strong> las <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">condiciones de uso<\/span><\/strong>, as\u00ed como por el estudio y tr\u00e1mite, que implica esa autorizaci\u00f3n;<\/li><li>Derechos por el <strong>asiento registral<\/strong> de la <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">cancelaci\u00f3n <\/span><\/strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">de<\/span><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> hipoteca<\/span><\/strong>, incluidos sus ampliaciones, convenios y modificaciones, y<\/li><li>Los <strong>Accesorios <\/strong>que se hubiesen <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">generado<\/span><\/strong> por la falta de pago de las contribuciones previstas en las fracciones anteriores<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos <strong>beneficios<\/strong> estar\u00e1n <strong>vigentes<\/strong> del <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">1 <\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> enero <\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">al<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> 31 <\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> diciembre <\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">del <\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">2021<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante destacar que la <strong>condonaci\u00f3n<\/strong> del impuesto <strong>Predial<\/strong>, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">aplicar\u00e1 <\/span><\/strong>a los <strong>adeudos que registren las cuentas globales<\/strong>, as\u00ed como las individuales que existan, de los inmuebles a regularizar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
