class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">LEY PARA LA PROTECCI\u00d3N, ATENCI\u00d3N Y ASISTENCIA A LAS VICTIMAS DE LOS DELITOS EN METERIA DE TRATA DE PERSONAS <\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">DE LA CDMX<\/span><\/strong>. dejando sin efectos la Ley para la protecci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y asistencia a las victimas de los delitos de trata de personas del Distrito Federal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva ley cuenta con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">43<\/span><\/strong> art\u00edculos<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Entra en<strong> vigor a partir de<\/strong> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Hoy<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Determina<\/strong> que las Victimas de Trata<ul><li>Tienen <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">derecho<\/span><\/strong> de acceder a las medidas de <strong>atenci\u00f3n, asistencia y protecci\u00f3n hasta su total recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>No ser\u00e1n mantenidas<\/strong> en <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">ning\u00fan centro de detenci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong> como resultado de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">su situaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Las <strong>Autoridades <\/strong>est\u00e1n <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>OBLIGADAS<\/strong><\/span> a proteger y respetar su libertad y seguridad sexual y desarrollo psicosexual, sin discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Cuando las <strong>victimas <\/strong>sean <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Ni\u00f1os, Ni\u00f1as <\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">o<\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> Adolescentes<\/span><\/strong> y <strong>no est\u00e9n acompa\u00f1adas<\/strong> de un adulto se:<ul><li><strong>Canalizar\u00e1n <\/strong>a la a Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n de Derechos de los ni\u00f1@s y adolescentes <strong>para<\/strong> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">restituirles<\/span><\/strong> sus derechos.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Determinar<\/span><\/strong> su identidad, nacionalidad o su pertenencia a un pueblo o comunidad ind\u00edgena.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Localizar<\/span> <\/strong>a su<strong> familia<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Entre las <strong>acciones para <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Prevenir<\/span> <\/strong>el <strong>Delito de Trata<\/strong> en la CdMx se plantea:<ul><li>Realizar <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">INSPECCIONES<\/span><\/strong> en <strong>agencias de modelaje<\/strong> o <strong>art\u00edsticas<\/strong>, <strong>salas de masajes, bares, cantinas, hoteles, cines<\/strong>, servicio de <strong>Internet<\/strong>, <strong>ba\u00f1os<\/strong> p\u00fablicos, servicios de <strong>hospedaje<\/strong>, centros <strong>nocturnos, table<\/strong> dance, y <strong>zonas<\/strong> donde se ejerce la prostituci\u00f3n, u otros.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Realizar <strong>campa\u00f1as<\/strong> para el<strong> <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">registro <\/span><\/strong>de todas las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os <strong>condonando<\/strong> las<strong> multas<\/strong> por registro extempor\u00e1neo. impulsando unidades m\u00f3viles del Registro Civil que visiten las zonas m\u00e1s alejadas y aisladas.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Adem\u00e1s se <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Otorgar\u00e1n<\/span><\/strong> apoyos a grupos en riesgo con requerimientos espec\u00edficos.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando<strong> necesites<\/strong> ayuda, <strong>asistencia<\/strong> o <strong>planeaci\u00f3n<\/strong> legal, <strong>solicita<\/strong> <strong>Cita Privada<\/strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"
