analizar la <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">DISCREPANCIA<\/span><\/strong> entre resoluciones <strong>contrarias<\/strong> emitidas por tribunales; <strong>Una<\/strong> que dec\u00eda que se pod\u00eda <strong>SUSPENDER<\/strong> el servicio de <strong>agua<\/strong> potable por <strong>falta de PAGO<\/strong> y otra que dec\u00eda <strong>lo contrario<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed llego a la <strong>CONCLUSI\u00d3N<\/strong> de que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al<strong> Menos<\/strong> debe darse <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">50 litros<\/span> <\/strong>de<strong> agua<\/strong> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Por PERSONA<\/span><\/strong> al<strong> d\u00eda<\/strong> para uso <strong>personal<\/strong> y <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">dom\u00e9stico<\/span><\/strong> (m\u00ednimo <strong>determinado<\/strong> por la <strong>Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial<\/strong> de la <strong>Salud<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n se bas\u00f3 en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>La <strong>Ley de <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Amparo<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li>La <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Constitucionalidad<\/span><\/strong> de los art\u00edculos <strong>1o<\/strong>. y <strong>4o<\/strong>.<\/li><li>El <strong>Pacto <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Internacional<\/span><\/strong> de Derechos <strong>Econ\u00f3micos, Sociales<\/strong> y <strong>Culturales<\/strong><\/li><li>La Observaci\u00f3n <strong>No 15<\/strong> del <strong>Comit\u00e9 de Derechos<\/strong><ul><li>Econ\u00f3micos,<\/li><li>Sociales y<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Culturales<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De las <strong>Naciones Unidas<\/strong> que protegen el acceso al <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Derecho Humano<\/span><\/strong> al <strong>AGUA<\/strong>, al <strong>SANEAMIENTO<\/strong>, <strong>DRENAJE<\/strong> y\/o <strong>ALCANTARILLADO<\/strong> de uso <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">DOM\u00c9STICO<\/span><\/strong>, ya que al suspender los servicios p\u00fablicos relacionados con \u00e9stos, se pone en <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>RIESGO<\/strong> la <strong>vida<\/strong><\/span><strong>, <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">salud<\/span><\/strong> y <strong>otros<\/strong> derechos <strong>humanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que la <strong>suspensi\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong>No es<\/strong> para que se suspenda Totalmente el servicio p\u00fablico de agua potable, sino para que se <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">siga prestando<\/span><\/strong> de manera <strong>RESTRINGIDA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ser una determinaci\u00f3n de la SCJN por <strong>contradicci\u00f3n<\/strong> es <strong>OBLIGATORIA<\/strong> para <strong>todo el pa\u00eds<\/strong> a partir de <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">este <strong>1 <\/strong>de <strong>marzo<\/strong><\/span>, por lo que <strong>ya puede<\/strong> ser invocada por quien dese
