<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">PUBLICADAS<\/span> OFICIALMENTE<\/strong> a la <strong>Ley<\/strong> Federal de <strong>Telecomunicaciones<\/strong> y <strong>Radiodifusi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ellas el Gobierno <strong>Federal <\/strong>establece que se <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">deber\u00e1 CREAR<\/span><\/strong> el <strong>Padr\u00f3n Nacional de Usuarios de Telefon\u00eda M\u00f3vil<\/strong>; en el cual<strong> <span style=\"color:#001ca3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">todas las personas<\/span><\/strong> que <strong>tengan<\/strong> un<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> tel\u00e9fono celular<\/span><\/strong> <strong><span style=\"color:#0020a3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">deber\u00e1n estar registradas<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tanto el <strong>Instituto Federal <\/strong>de <strong>Telecomunicaciones<\/strong> (IFT) <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">contar\u00e1<\/span><\/strong> con <strong>6 meses<\/strong> para implementar las <strong>disposiciones<\/strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong> administrativas<\/strong> <\/span>de car\u00e1cter general del padr\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los datos que el IFT <strong>recabar\u00e1<\/strong> y que <strong>cada usuario<\/strong> deber\u00e1 proporcionar de manera <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">OBLIGATORIA<\/span><\/strong> son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>N\u00famero celular<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Fecha<\/strong> y <strong>hora <\/strong>de la<strong> activaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nombre completo <\/strong>o, en su caso<strong>, denominaci\u00f3n <\/strong>o<strong> raz\u00f3n social <\/strong>del<strong> usuario<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nacionalidad;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>N\u00famero <\/strong>de<strong> identificaci\u00f3n oficial <\/strong>con<strong> fotograf\u00eda <\/strong>o <strong>CURP<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Datos Biom\u00e9tricos <\/strong>del<strong> usuario <\/strong>o <strong>bien <\/strong>del<strong> representante legal <\/strong>de la<strong> persona moral<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Domicilio<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Datos <\/strong>del <strong>concesionario <\/strong>de<strong> telecomunicaciones <\/strong>y<strong> esquema <\/strong>de <strong>contrataci\u00f3n (prepago <\/strong>o<strong> pospago)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Empresas<\/span> <\/strong>de telefon\u00eda celular <span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"><strong>cubrir\u00e1n<\/strong> <\/span>los <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">costos <\/span>por la implementaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento <\/strong>y <strong>operaci\u00f3n<\/strong> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">incluyendo<\/span><\/strong> los de <strong>conectividad<\/strong> al servidor del padr\u00f3n. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s contar\u00e1n con <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">6<\/span> meses<\/strong> para <strong>realizar el registro <\/strong>de los <strong>nuevos usuarios<\/strong> una vez que el IFT emita las disposiciones administrativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las l\u00edneas<strong> adquiridas <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">ANTES<\/span><\/strong> de la entrada en vigor <strong>del Padr\u00f3n<\/strong>, contar\u00e1n con <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">DOS <\/span><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">a\u00f1os<\/span><\/strong> para <strong>cumplir con el registro<\/strong>, si <strong>no lo hicieran<\/strong> se les <strong>cancelar\u00e1 <\/strong>la l\u00ednea en <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">autom\u00e1tico<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>sin derecho<\/strong> a reactivarla o pago de indemnizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se Destaca que la <strong>baja <\/strong>de un<strong> n\u00famero m\u00f3vil <\/strong>en el padr\u00f3n <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">no implica<\/span><\/strong> la <strong>eliminaci\u00f3n del registro<\/strong> correspondiente, el registro del n\u00famero asociado a dicha persona se <strong>mantendr\u00e1<\/strong> por un plazo de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">6 meses<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las <strong>empresas<\/strong> o <strong>personas<\/strong> <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>que incurran<\/strong><\/span> en los siguientes CASOS se har\u00e1n acreedores a estas <strong>multas<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
