empresarial de los servicios<\/u><\/em>. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">En un <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f0c142\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>juicio<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <em><u>contencioso administrativo<\/u><\/em> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f0c142\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>federal<\/strong>,<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> se <\/mark><mark <mark style=\"background-color:#e9bcc7\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong><em>IMPEDIMENTO<\/em><\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> para&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#e9bcc7\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>registrar una marca<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">&nbsp;se <em><u>actualiza<\/u><\/em> cuando puede&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#e9bcc7\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>enga\u00f1ar al p\u00fablico<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&nbsp;o&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#e9bcc7\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>inducir al error<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&nbsp;sobre su&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#e9bcc7\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>origen empresarial<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&nbsp;o&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#e9bcc7\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>cualidades<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justificaci\u00f3n de la <strong><mark sobre su origen<strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#c9f894\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong><em>empresarial<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>naturaleza, componentes<\/em><\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> o cualidades de los <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#c9f894\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>productos o servicios<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el <em><u>Convenio de Par\u00eds<\/u><\/em>, <mark style=\"background-color:#b7f09f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> TIENE que <em><u>proteger tanto las marcas nacionales<\/u><\/em> como las de los <em><u>Estados contratantes<\/u><\/em>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#b7f09f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>evitando la confusi\u00f3n marcaria<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">.
