style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#024e03\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">contra la <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#024e03\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>sentencia<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> que concluy\u00f3 que la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#024e03\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>parte actora<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> no acredit\u00f3 los<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Sin embargo, no exist\u00eda una <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#024e03\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>resoluci\u00f3n de la Asamblea General de Ejidatarios<\/strong>, ya sea en sentido <strong>afirmativo o negativo<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">respecto a la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#024e03\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>reclamaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> de la peticionaria, siendo dicha<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#024e03\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>asamblea<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">la competente, en principio, para pronunciarse sobre la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#024e03\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>asignaci\u00f3n y delimitaci\u00f3n de tierras<\/strong>,<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> objeto de la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#024e03\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>controversia<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#130191\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark><\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del&nbsp;Tribunal Colegiado, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#680202\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMIN\u00d3<\/mark><\/strong> que, <mark style=\"background-color:#8cfbe9\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>convocar a la Asamblea General de Ejidatarios<\/strong> con <strong>formalidades especiales<\/strong>, para que se <strong>pronuncie<\/strong> sobre la <strong>asignaci\u00f3n y delimitaci\u00f3n de tierras<\/strong>, permitiendo que el afectado ejerza su <strong>acci\u00f3n<\/strong> ante el <strong>Tribunal Unitario Agrario<\/strong><\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>justificaci\u00f3n <\/strong>de la <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#020c7b\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>SCJN<\/strong> <\/mark>es que, corresponde a las <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#944309\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>asambleas de los n\u00facleos de poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong> DECIDIR <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">sobre la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#944309\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>asignaci\u00f3n y parcelamiento de tierras<\/strong>,<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> as\u00ed como la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#944309\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>regularizaci\u00f3n de posesionarios<\/strong>. <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Solo tras un pronunciamiento <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#944309\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>afirmativo o negativo<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#944309\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>asamblea<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">los interesados podr\u00e1n acudir al<\/mark><mark
