Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Informaci\u00f3n y Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales<\/em> <strong>(INAI)<\/strong> tiene la <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>facultad<\/strong> <\/span>de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">determinar<\/span> <\/strong>y <strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">resolve<\/span><\/strong>r si una investigaci\u00f3n se refiere a<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong> violaciones graves de derechos humanos<\/strong><\/span> o <span style=\"color: #800000;\">lesa humanidad<\/span> y por ello deba hacerse p\u00fablica y estar al alcance de quien la solicite, y por tanto <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">NO<\/span><\/strong> puede ser<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> reservada<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior se deriva despu\u00e9s de que el <strong>INAI<\/strong> neg\u00f3 a la PGR hoy Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica el acceso a las averiguaciones previas de los casos de la <em><strong>Masacre de Migrantes en San Fernando<\/strong><\/em> en Tamaulipas y la<em><strong> Matanza de 49 personas en Cadereyta<\/strong><\/em>, Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Por tanto la <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>SCJN<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>solicita<\/strong><\/span> al <strong>INAI<\/strong> que <span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong>revise los expediente<\/strong><\/span> de dichos casos y <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><em>manifieste si existen o no violaciones graves<\/em><\/strong><\/span> a los derechos humanos, de tal forma que se pueda <strong><span style=\"color: #003300;\">acceder a la posible apertura de las investigaciones<\/span><\/strong> y as\u00ed dar cumplimiento a un mandato constitucional que establece que de existir este hecho, no puede reservarse la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Si te pareci\u00f3\u00a0<span style=\"color:
