{"id":7275,"date":"2019-04-09T10:08:11","date_gmt":"2019-04-09T16:08:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lasintesis.com\/?p=7275"},"modified":"2019-04-09T10:08:11","modified_gmt":"2019-04-09T16:08:11","slug":"congresos-locales-con-autoridad-para-legislar-sobre-transparencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.salgadonoticias.com\/?p=7275","title":{"rendered":"Congresos locales con Autoridad para legislar sobre Transparencia&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Views: 0<\/p><p>La SCJN determin\u00f3 que los <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Congresos locales<\/strong><\/span> est\u00e1n <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>facultados<\/strong> <\/span>para <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">legislar<\/span><\/strong> acerca de <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">medios de impugnaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong> en materia a <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Transparencia y Acceso a la informaci\u00f3n<\/strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>El medio de impugnaci\u00f3n es la <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">v\u00eda procesal<\/span><\/strong> que tiene <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">la<\/span> <span style=\"color: #800000;\">poblaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong>, para hacer efectivo su <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">derecho<\/span><\/strong>, cuando una autoridad, un sujeto obligado o el organismo garante <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">no satisfacen<\/span><\/strong> sus <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">necesidades de informaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior se resuelve debido a que en materia de transparencia y acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, la Constituci\u00f3n establece un r\u00e9gimen de concurrencia legislativa, en el cual, les <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>est\u00e1 permitido<\/strong><\/span> a las <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">entidades federativas legislar<\/span><\/strong> incluso respecto de procedimientos, siempre y cuando se haga<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> <strong>respetando<\/strong><\/span> los principios de la <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">ley marco<\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Views: 0La SCJN determin\u00f3 que los Congresos locales est\u00e1n facultados para legislar acerca de medios de impugnaci\u00f3n en materia a Transparencia y Acceso a la informaci\u00f3n.
