2<\/p><p>A partir del <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>primer martes<\/strong><\/span> de julio <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">NO SE COBRARAN<\/span><\/strong> las contribuciones que se ADEUDEN anteriores al 2018, de los siguientes conceptos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Impuesto<\/strong><\/span> sobre<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong> Tenencia<\/strong><\/span> o <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Uso de Veh\u00edculos<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Derecho por <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Refrendo<\/strong><\/span> para la vigencia anual de las placas de circulaci\u00f3n para:<br \/>\n1.<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> <em>Veh\u00edculos de uso <strong>particular<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.<br \/>\n2. <em><span style=\"color: #808000;\">Veh\u00edculos particulares de <strong>carga<\/strong> comercial<\/span>.<\/em><br \/>\n3. <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Remolques<\/span><\/strong>.<br \/>\n4. <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em><strong>Motocicleta<\/strong>, motoneta, trimoto y cuatrimoto<\/em><\/span>.<br \/>\n5. <span style=\"color: #333333;\"><em>Auto <strong>antiguo<\/strong>.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Derechos<\/strong><\/span> por la pr\u00e1ctica de <span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>Revista<\/strong> <\/span>a veh\u00edculos <strong>particulares<\/strong> de <span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>carga<\/strong><\/span> y por la autorizaci\u00f3n con vigencia anual para el transporte de carga particular.<\/li>\n<li>Impuesto sobre la <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Adquisici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span> de <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Veh\u00edculos<\/strong><\/span> Automotores <strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Usados<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ADEM\u00c1S se condonar\u00e1 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>totalmente<\/strong><\/span> PARA <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">2019<\/span> las siguientes contribuciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Impuesto<\/strong><\/span> sobre la<span style=\"color: #993300;\"> <strong>Adquisici\u00f3n de Veh\u00edculos<\/strong><\/span> Automotores<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong> Usados<\/strong><\/span>, se aplicar\u00e1<span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"> <strong>siempre<\/strong> y <strong>cuando<\/strong><\/span> el contribuyente <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>realice el tr\u00e1mite<\/strong><\/span> de cambio de propietario <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>en la entidad<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Derecho<\/strong><\/span> por <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">cambio de propietario<\/span><\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><strong>siempre<\/strong> y <strong>cuando<\/strong><\/span> el contribuyente <strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\">realice el tr\u00e1mite<\/span><\/strong> en<strong><span style=\"color: #008000;\"> la entidad.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Dependiendo de LA FECHA cuando se realicen los tr\u00e1mites estos seran los <span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>porcentajes<\/strong><\/span> de <span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>condonaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">100%<\/span> <\/strong>en julio y agosto.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>75% <\/strong><\/span>en septiembre y octubre.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">50%<\/span><\/strong> en noviembre y diciembre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Para <em><strong>hacer realidad esta condonaci\u00f3n<\/strong> <\/em>los poseedores o propietarios de veh\u00edculos en el Estado de M\u00e9xico <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>tienen que<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Pagar en UNA sola exhibici\u00f3n<\/span><\/em><\/strong> los importes no sujetos a condonaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>En su caso, <strong><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">desistirse<\/span><\/em> <\/strong>administrativa o judicialmente cuando se haya interpuesto
