{"id":7808,"date":"2019-06-27T11:09:14","date_gmt":"2019-06-27T17:09:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lasintesis.com\/?p=7808"},"modified":"2019-06-27T18:26:46","modified_gmt":"2019-06-28T00:26:46","slug":"ya-tenemos-nuevas-reglas-para-todo-tipo-de-estudios-psicologicos-en-la-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.salgadonoticias.com\/?p=7808","title":{"rendered":"Ya tenemos NUEVAS Reglas, para Estudios PSICOL\u00d3GICOS en la CdMx&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Views: 6<\/p><p>Desde el lunes de esta semana en el Tribunal superior de justicia hay Reglas RENOVADAS Sabias que el Tribunal Superior de Justicia te brinda los servicios de Desarrollo y Aplicaci\u00f3n de los sigientes estudios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong> Psicol\u00f3gicos<\/strong><\/span>,<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Peritajes en Psicolog\u00eda<\/strong><\/span>,<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Ex\u00e1menes Psicot\u00e9cnicos<\/strong><\/span>,<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong> Asistencias T\u00e9cnicas Psicol\u00f3gicas<\/strong><\/span>,<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Terapias para Adultos y para Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Adem\u00e1s <\/em><strong><em>Sin costo alguno<\/em><\/strong>, a excepci\u00f3n del Peritaje en Psicolog\u00eda el cual tendr\u00e1 un costo de recuperaci\u00f3n que cada a\u00f1o se determina.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los estudios se llavan acabo dentro de las Instalaciones del Poder Judicial en los siguientes horarios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De<strong> lunes<\/strong> a <strong>jueves<\/strong> de <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">9:00<\/span> <\/strong>a <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">15:00<\/span><\/strong> horas y <strong>viernes<\/strong> de<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong> 9:00<\/strong><\/span> a<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"> 14:00<\/span> <\/strong>horas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Los usurarios que acudan para realizar alg\u00fan estudio o terapia estan obligadas a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dar consentimiento por escrito para la realizaci\u00f3n sin coacci\u00f3n alguna.<\/li>\n<li>Cumplir con las fechas y horarios fijados para el inicio del servicio respectivo.<\/li>\n<li>Ingresar a la sala de espera correspondiente, con 10 minutos de anticipacion a el horario establecido para terapia y\/o estudio<\/li>\n<li>Presentar identificaci\u00f3n oficial y registrarse en la Bit\u00e1cora antes de recibir el servicio correspondiente.<\/li>\n<li>Proporcionar los datos necesarios para el desarrollo del servicio los cuales ser\u00e1n tratados de manera confidencial.<\/li>\n<li>En caso de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes o personas con discapacidad, la o el consultante deber\u00e1 ser presentado al servicio de la Direcci\u00f3n de que se trate por la persona autorizada, misma que tendr\u00e1 que permanecer en la sala de espera durante el tiempo que dure su estudio y\/o terapia sin interferir.<\/li>\n<li>Conservar el buen funcionamiento de las instalaciones, debiendo dejar en su lugar y en buenas condiciones el mobiliario, equipo y material que utilicen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente<\/strong>: Boletin del Poder Judicial de la CdMx.\u00a0 <strong>20<\/strong>\u00a0de <strong>junio.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: inline !important;
