(Si no se acreditase el feminicidio, se aplicar\u00e1n las reglas del homicidio)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <strong>2<\/strong><\/span> a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>6<\/strong><\/span> a\u00f1os por<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong> robo<\/strong><\/span> de:\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Autopartes<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Tel\u00e9fonos celulares<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Contra personas que realicen operaciones bancarias<\/strong><\/span>; dep\u00f3sitos o retiros de efectivo, al interior de un inmueble, cajero autom\u00e1tico o inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de su salidad.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><em>A los empleados bancarios que colabores en el robo se le impondr\u00e1n las mismas penas<\/em><\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Si el delito se comete en motocicleta\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> 4<\/strong><\/span> a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>8<\/strong><\/span> a\u00f1os por <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>robo<\/strong><\/span> de <span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>automovil<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> 5<\/strong><\/span> a<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> 9<\/strong><\/span> a\u00f1os cuando el <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>robo<\/strong> <\/span>se cometa en<strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\"> oficinas bancarias<\/span>,<\/strong> recaudadoras u otras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> <strong>4<\/strong> <\/span>a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>10<\/strong> <\/span>a\u00f1os quien cometa <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>robo<\/strong> <\/span>en <strong><span style=\"color: #800080;\">casahabitaci\u00f3n<\/span>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s todas aquellas personas que <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">reincidan<\/span><\/strong> les ser\u00e1 negado cualquier beneficio penienciario, sin importar el delito y si dicho delito es grave las penas se aumentar\u00e1n a dos terceras partes.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fuente<\/strong>: Gaceta de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico: 1-agost-2019<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: inline !important;
