word-spacing: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;\">Registro de Constancias de hechos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dando cumplimiento a la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos Personales la Consejeria Jur\u00eddica y de Servicios Legales<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>CREA<\/strong><\/span> el <strong><em>\u201cRegistro de personas que solicitan expedici\u00f3n de constancias de hechos en los juzgado c\u00edvicos de la CdMx.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Una Constancia de hechos es un documento donde se cuenta lo sucedido de una situaci\u00f3n o circunstancia vivida.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por tanto al solicitarla nos llegan a requerir datos como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Datos Identificativos:<\/strong> Nombre, fecha de nacimiento, sexo, domicilio, clave de elector (alfa &#8211; num\u00e9rico credencial INE), Clave \u00danica de Registro de Poblaci\u00f3n (CURP), fotograf\u00eda, firma, n\u00famero identificador OCR (anverso de la credencial de elector emitida por el INE) y folio nacional (anverso credencia del INE), nacionalidad, pasaporte o cartilla militar (hombres).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datos acad\u00e9micos:<\/strong> C\u00e9dula profesional.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datos biom\u00e9tricos:<\/strong> Huella dactilar (anverso credencia del INE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Debido a que al realizar la solicitud de una Constancia de Hechos en cualquiera de los 70 juzgados c\u00edvicos de esta ciudad otorgamos cualquiera de los datos personales arriba mencionados, es creado el registro mencionado en el primer p\u00e1rrafo de esta nota, el cual tiene la finalidad de protejer nuestros datos.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: Gaceta de la CdMx. 28-agosto-2019<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: inline !important;
