<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>sin el consentimiento expreso<\/strong><\/span> de la persona (v\u00edctima), quien cometa este il\u00edcito se le impondr\u00e1n las siguientes penas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">1<\/span> <\/strong>a <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">5<\/span><\/strong> a\u00f1os de<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> prisi\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>De<strong> <span style=\"color: #008080;\">$16,898.00<\/span><\/strong> hasta <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">$42,245.00<\/span><\/strong> pesos de<span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong> multa<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si la informaci\u00f3n <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><strong>es difundida<\/strong><\/span> por el conyuge, concubina y\/o concubino a por un servidor p\u00fablico <span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>las penas aumentan<\/strong><\/span> una mitad.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s <strong>quien<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Coaccione, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000112;\">Hostigue<\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong> o <span style=\"color: #000112;\">Exija <\/span><\/strong><\/span>a <strong>otra persona, <\/strong>la<strong> elaboraci\u00f3n o remisi\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes o <\/strong><strong>grabaciones\u00a0 de naturaleza er\u00f3tico, sexual o pornogr\u00e1fico <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">bajo la amenaza<\/span> de revelar, <\/strong><strong>publicar, difundir o exhibir<\/strong> <strong>sin su consentimiento el material<\/strong> se le impondr\u00e1n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong> 3<\/strong> <\/span>a <strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">7<\/span> <\/strong>a\u00f1os de <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>prisi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>De <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">$16,898.00<\/span><\/strong> hasta <span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>$33,796.00<\/strong><\/span> pesos de <strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">multa<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En este caso Cabe destacar que <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em><strong>si las imagenes son de menores de edad o personas incapaces<\/strong><\/em><\/span> <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>estas penas aumentar\u00e1n\u00a0 al doble,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #993300;\">con lo que alcanzan la calificaci\u00f3n de Graves.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: Gaceta del Estado de M\u00e9xico: 5-septiembre 2019<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: inline !important;
