La SCJN\u00a0<\/strong><\/span> reconoci\u00f3<\/strong> la legalidad<\/strong><\/span> de que en la\u00a0 Ciudad de M\u00e9xico se tenga el derecho<\/span> <\/strong>al USO M\u00c9DICO <\/strong>y TERAPEUTICO <\/strong>de la MARIHUANA<\/span>.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tal como lo establece el Art\u00edculo 9, letra D. Derecho a la salud, <\/strong>numeral 7<\/strong> que textual dice:<\/p>\n

\u201cA toda persona se le permitir\u00e1 el uso m\u00e9dico<\/strong> y terap\u00e9utico<\/strong> de la cannabis sativa, \u00edndica y americana o marihuana y sus derivados, de conformidad con la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos y de la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n
