esto, aunque parece Inveros\u00edmil es una pr\u00e1ctica \u201ccom\u00fan\u201d incluso recomendada por \u201cabogados\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La autoridad lo sabia y en muchas ocasiones no se pod\u00eda hacer nada m\u00e1s que llevar un <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">NUEVO JUICIO<\/span> por el\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>nuevo<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0despido, con lo que el Patr\u00f3n trata de cansar a su extrabajador para continuar con un nuevo juicio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, a partir del pr\u00f3ximo\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>martes 17<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0de septiembre esta situaci\u00f3n\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>ya puede cambiar<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0a favor del trabajador;
