Por lo tanto, obliga a las autoridades a<br \/>\nadoptar todas las medidas necesarias, temporales y permanentes, para erradicar la discriminaci\u00f3n, la desigualdad de g\u00e9nero y toda forma de violencia contra las mujeres.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello se crea la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda Especializada<\/strong> para la <strong>Atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> de los <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>FEMINICIDIOS<\/strong><\/span> la cual estar\u00e1 encargada de lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Conducir la investigaci\u00f3n con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y respeto a los derechos humanos, considerando la normatividad nacional e internacional, las muertes violentas de mujeres, consumadas o en grado de tentativa;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Llevar acabo su trabajo atendiendo al Protocolo Ministerial Policial y Pericial del delito de Feminicidio.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080;\">Coordinar a la polic\u00edas, servicios periciales y a la Unidad de An\u00e1lisis y Contexto, durante la investigaci\u00f3n para el esclarecimiento del hecho delictivo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Solicitar las medidas de protecci\u00f3n, para salvaguardar la protecci\u00f3n de las v\u00edctimas directas e indirectas, durante el proceso. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Asegurar los bienes muebles e inmuebles que sean objeto, producto o instrumento del delito<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #003300;\">Coordinar con la Fiscal\u00eda, la aplicaci\u00f3n de las medidas necesarias para impedir que se pierdan, destruyan o alteren las pruebas que determinen el delito de femenicidio, as\u00ed como ordenar \u00a0la cuantificaci\u00f3n del mismo para los efectos de su reparaci\u00f3n; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Ejercer competencia exclusiva en materia del presente Acuerdo y ordenar desgloses a cualquier\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Resolver sobre el ejercicio la acci\u00f3n penal de conformidad con la normatividad aplicable;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Garantizar atenci\u00f3n integral y multidisciplinaria a las v\u00edctimas y a sus familias.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"texto\">La fiscal\u00eda entrar\u00e1 en funciones en 90 d\u00edas a partir del 17 de septiembre.<\/div>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Fuente: Gaceta de la Cd.Mx.
