word-spacing: 0px; word-wrap: break-word;\">&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>SCJN<\/strong><\/span> determino que es<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong> ILEGAL<\/strong><\/span> que para <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>determinar el pago<\/strong><\/span> de las <span style=\"color: #003300;\"><strong>PENSIONES<\/strong><\/span> por RETIRO <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>se quiera\u00a0 tomar como base al valor de la Unidad de Medica y Actualizaci\u00f3n (UMA) y no el salario.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"dvTesis_lblTexto\" class=\"labesDetalle\">Lo anterior es debido a que\u00a0 como la<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong> pensi\u00f3n de retiro<\/strong><\/span> de los trabajadores es <strong>una prestaci\u00f3n de seguridad social <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><em>derivada de la relaci\u00f3n de trabajo y sustentada propiamente en el salario<\/em><\/span><\/strong>, y \u00e9sta es generada durante la vida activa laboral mediante aportaciones del salario y teniendo un m\u00e1ximo a la cantidad de 10 veces el salario m\u00ednimo, es claro que esta prestataci\u00f3n laboral debe ser determinada en base al salario del trabajador en retiro y no de la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>.<\/div>\n<div>Fuente: Suprema Corte de Justicia: Jurisprudencia del 21 sep 2019.<\/div>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"display: inline !important;
