Licenciados en Derecho OBLIGADOS a Registrar C\u00e9dula antes de audiencia inicial&#8230;!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Views: 3<\/p><p>Abogados obligados a:.!!!<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>La <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/strong> <\/span>\u00a0<strong>establece<\/strong> mediante Jurisprudencia que todos los <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Licenciados en Derechos<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #993366;\"><strong> que participen en un Juicio Penal Acusatorio<\/strong><\/span> como\u00a0 Defensores, <strong>deber\u00e1n registrar<\/strong> previamente su <strong>c\u00e9dula profesional<\/strong> al desahogo de la audiencia inicial.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho documento podra ser registrado en:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"dvTesis_lblTexto\" class=\"labesDetalle\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000080;\">El Centro de registro de c\u00e9dulas profesionales correspondiente;
