<strong>persona<\/strong> que <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">divulgue<\/span>, comparta, <span style=\"color:#00a31c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">distribuya<\/span> o <span style=\"color:#005fa3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">publique<\/span> im\u00e1genes, <span style=\"color:#856713\" lucro<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Obtener <strong>un beneficio<\/strong> NO lucrativo<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Cuando a efecto de la publicaci\u00f3n la v\u00edctima <strong>atente contra su <\/strong>propia<strong> vida<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trat\u00e1ndose<\/strong> de <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Violencia<\/strong><\/span><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <\/span>Digital<\/strong> o <strong>Medi\u00e1tica<\/strong>: para garantizar la integridad de la v\u00edctima, el Ministerio P\u00fablico, o los jueces <strong>ordenar\u00e1n<\/strong> de manera<strong> inmediata,<\/strong> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">las medidas de protecci\u00f3n necesarias<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>ordenando <\/strong>v\u00eda electr\u00f3nica o mediante escrito <strong>a las<\/strong> empresas de<strong>
