has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Nuevas<\/strong><\/span> <strong>reglas<\/strong> que <strong>deber\u00e1n<\/strong> <strong>seguir<\/strong> <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">tanto <\/span>INTERNOS <\/strong>como sus <strong>FAMILIARES<\/strong> para poder <strong>visitarlos <\/strong>en las c\u00e1rceles del Edo de M\u00e9xico donde se encuentren recluidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es lo m\u00e1s <strong>Relevante <\/strong>de las reglas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>El <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Interno<\/span><\/strong> s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 <strong>recibir<\/strong> <strong>visitas<\/strong> previamente <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>autorizadas<\/strong> <\/span>por el director, <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>mediante credencial emitida<\/strong> <\/span>en las modalidades <strong>Familiar<\/strong>, <strong>Personales<\/strong>, <strong>Intimas<\/strong>, Religiosas, humanitarias y asistenciales.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>El <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Interno<\/span> <span style=\"color:#0013a3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">deber\u00e1 realizar<\/span><\/strong> una <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">solicitud<\/span><\/strong> de autorizaci\u00f3n de visita acreditado toda la documentaci\u00f3n solicitad, dicha solicitud no ser\u00e1 necesaria para las religiosas y humanitarias.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Todas<\/strong> las <strong>personas<\/strong> sin excepci\u00f3n que pretendan ingresar al Centro Penitenciario <strong>ser\u00e1n <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">revisadas<\/span><\/strong> a la <strong>entrada<\/strong> y se verificar\u00e1 su identidad a la salida, conforme al protocolo y procedimiento establecido.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>La <strong>revisi\u00f3n<\/strong> ser\u00e1: mediante <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">exploraci\u00f3n <\/span>visual<\/strong>, el uso de mecanismos tecnol\u00f3gicos no intrusivos, la <strong>exploraci\u00f3n manual <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">exterior<\/span><\/strong> y de manera <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">excepcional<\/span><\/strong> la <strong>revisi\u00f3n corporal<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Si<\/strong> en la <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">revisi\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong> se <strong>detectan<\/strong> <strong>objetos<\/strong> o <strong>sustancias <\/strong>cuya posesi\u00f3n pueda constituir un <strong>hecho delictivo<\/strong> se <strong>proceder\u00e1<\/strong> conforme a lo establecido en los protocolos de primer respondiente y cadena de custodia, dando <strong>vista<\/strong> a la brevedad al <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Se consideran <strong>prohibidos<\/strong> y que <strong>NO<\/strong> podr\u00e1n <strong>ingresar<\/strong>:<\/li><li><ul><li><strong>Armas<\/strong> de cualquier tipo, r\u00e9plicas de las mismas, tel\u00e9fonos <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>celulares<\/strong> <\/span>o satelitales, <strong>radios <\/strong>o cualquier instrumento de intercomunicaci\u00f3n o sistema de comunicaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, <strong>equipo <\/strong>de<strong> <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">c\u00f3mputo<\/span><\/strong> u otros dispositivos puedan usarse para <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> no autorizada;<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas<\/strong>, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">estupefacientes<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>psicotr\u00f3picos<\/strong>, <strong>sustancias t\u00f3xicas<\/strong> y en general, todo aquello cuyo uso pueda alterar la seguridad del Centro Penitenciario<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Equipo<\/strong> t\u00e9cnico, <strong>electr\u00f3nico <\/strong>y de <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">comunicaci\u00f3n<\/span> remota<\/strong>.<\/li><li><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Las personas que <strong>NO <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">respeten<\/span><\/strong> las reglas o dem\u00e1s disposiciones ser\u00e1n <strong>sancionadas<\/strong> administrativamente <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">y\/o<\/span><\/strong> penalmente por las autoridades correspondientes del Estado de M\u00e9xico y Municipios.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si <strong>Estas<\/strong> en el <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color
