{"id":17080,"date":"2022-05-03T01:20:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T06:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.salgadonoticias.com\/?p=17080"},"modified":"2022-05-03T11:01:17","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T16:01:17","slug":"17080","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.salgadonoticias.com\/?p=17080","title":{"rendered":"Nuevo Reglamento para Servicios INMOBILIARIOS&#8230;.!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Views: 9<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de hoy <strong>entra <\/strong>en<strong> vigor<\/strong> el <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Nuevo<\/span><\/strong> <strong>Reglamento<\/strong> que regula las disposiciones del Libro D\u00e9cimo Noveno del C\u00f3digo Administrativo del <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/span><\/strong>., relativas a la <strong>Certificaci\u00f3n, Registro y Actividades<\/strong> de los<strong> prestadores<\/strong> de<strong> <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">servicios<\/span> inmobiliarios <\/strong>e <strong>Inmobiliarias<\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">registradas en el <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">EdoMex<\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuenta con <strong>41<\/strong> <strong>art\u00edculos<\/strong> y en ellos se contempla:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Obligaciones<\/span><\/strong> de las <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Inmobiliarias<\/span> <\/strong>tales como:<ul><li><strong>Emitir<\/strong> y <strong>entregar<\/strong> <strong>FACTURAS<\/strong> a los usuarios por cada operaci\u00f3n realizada.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Los <strong>Contratos<\/strong> deben estar por <strong>escrito<\/strong>, especificando las operaciones Inmobiliarias<\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Informar<\/strong> el <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">estatus de la propiedad o posesi\u00f3n<\/span> a los <strong>usuarios<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><strong>Guardar confidencialidad<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Entre otras.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Inmobiliarias<\/span><\/strong><\/span> <strong>inscritas<\/strong> en el<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Registro de Prestadores de Servicios Inmobiliarios<\/span><strong><span style=\"color:#a3000d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> NO<\/span><\/strong> ser\u00e1n <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">sujetas<\/span><\/strong> a<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> <strong>Certificaci\u00f3n,<\/strong><\/span><strong> <\/strong>pero las <strong>personas <\/strong>que <strong>trabajen<\/strong> <strong>para ellas<\/strong>, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">SI<\/span><\/strong> necesitar\u00e1n contar son <strong>Certificaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Se deber\u00e1 <strong><span style=\"color:#0013a3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">implementar<\/span> <\/strong>un<span style=\"color:#0300a3\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n y Consulta<\/strong><\/span>, donde los usurarios puedan consultar el Registro de prestadores de servicios Inmobiliarios;
