color: initial;\">Biopol\u00edmeros de origen sint\u00e9tico u org\u00e1nico<\/span>):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Parafina, <\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Silicona l\u00edquida,<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Cemento \u00f3seo,<\/span><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Aceite<\/span><\/strong> de;<ul><li><strong>Autom\u00f3vil,<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Mineral<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Comestible,<\/strong> <\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">Grasa vegetal o animal<\/span><\/strong>, <\/li><li><strong>Cualquier otro<\/strong> tipo que, por su naturaleza, <strong>no<\/strong> sea <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">apta para el uso humano<\/span><\/strong> y afecte los tejidos, \u00f3rganos y sistemas, <strong>produciendo<\/strong> lesiones irreversibles o irreparables; <\/li><li>As\u00ed como <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">cualquier otra sustancia<\/span><\/strong> o mezcla que <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">no est\u00e9 destinada<\/span><\/strong> a ser <strong>ingerida, inhalada, inyectada<\/strong> o <strong>implantada <\/strong>en el cuerpo humano.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La<strong> pena<\/strong> se <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">incrementa<\/span><\/strong> en <strong>una mitad<\/strong> cuando:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><strong>La persona<\/strong> que realiza la aplicaci\u00f3n o tratamiento es <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">profesional<\/span> de la salud<\/strong>,<strong> estetista, cosmiatra, cosmet\u00f3loga<\/strong> u otro similar<\/li><li>La v\u00edctima <strong>quede con secuelas visibles <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">permanentemente<\/span> <\/strong>como consecuencia de la aplicaci\u00f3n o tratamiento y afecte su calidad de vida o proyecto de vida;
