Tribunales tuvieron <strong>posturas <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">diferentes<\/mark> <\/strong>en torno a s\u00ed cuando en la ejecuci\u00f3n de la sentencia en materia laboral <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ff6900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">la inscripci\u00f3n del embargo<\/mark><\/strong> en el <strong>Registro P\u00fablico<\/strong> debe ser <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">gratuita o no<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#14069f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justica<\/mark> <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s de la Segunda Sala <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#960404\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMIN\u00d3<\/mark><\/strong> que, debe ser <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#fcb900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">GRATUITO<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><\/strong>el TR\u00c1MITE de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#890505\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Inscripci\u00f3n del Embargo<\/mark><\/strong> del bien inmueble ante <mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">el<strong> <\/strong><\/mark><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#b9ddf3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">RPPC<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justificaci\u00f3n de la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#17049b\" class=\"has-inline-color\">SCJN<\/mark><\/strong> es conforme al art\u00edculo 19 de la LFT que prev\u00e9 que los <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">actos<\/mark><\/strong> y <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">actuaciones<\/mark><\/strong> derivadas de normas de trabajo <mark style=\"background-color:#fcb900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>NO<\/strong> <strong>causan impuesto<\/strong><\/mark> alguno, adem\u00e1s que el art. 685 establece que el <strong>proceso<\/strong> del <strong>derecho del trabajo<\/strong> ser\u00e1 <em><u><strong>p\u00fablico, <mark style=\"background-color:#ff6900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">gratuito<\/mark>, predominantemente <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">oral <\/mark>y <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">conciliatorio<\/mark>.<\/strong><\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tanto, cuando se deriva la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">inscripci\u00f3n<\/mark><\/strong> ante el <strong>registro p\u00fablico inmobiliario<\/strong> de un procedimiento laboral, con motivo de una <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#00d084\" class=\"has-inline-color\">sentencia favorable al trabajador<\/mark><\/strong>, debe entenderse como un acto derivado de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la <strong>normatividad <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">laboral<\/mark><\/strong>, que tiene como objeto principal garantizar los derechos laborales a que result\u00f3 <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">condenada<\/mark><\/strong> la parte patronal y, por ende, debe considerarse como uno de los actos y actuaciones previstos por el art\u00edculo comentado, por lo que <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">no genera<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> cargo alguno<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta resoluci\u00f3n ya es de <strong>Aplicaci\u00f3n <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0,
