class=\"has-inline-color\">Alimentos y Bebidas \u201cchatarras\u201d<\/mark><\/strong> <mark style=\"background-color:#f7ce5e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DENTRO<\/strong> de las <strong>Escuelas y sus inmediaciones<\/strong><\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Adem\u00e1s, se <strong>DEBER\u00c1<\/strong> <mark style=\"background-color:#02f99f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>regular<\/strong> la <strong>venta<\/strong> de <strong>alimentos y bebidas naturales<\/strong> y <strong>saludables<\/strong><\/mark>; as\u00ed como el <mark style=\"background-color:#9ed2f2\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>consumo<\/strong> de <strong>AGUA simple potable<\/strong><\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">SEP<\/mark><\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">establecer\u00e1 los criterios<\/span> para la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">preparaci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n y venta de los alimentos y bebidas<\/mark><\/strong> preparadas, procesadas y a granel, por lo que <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#4c058e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">dentro de los planteles<\/mark><\/strong> <strong>S\u00d3LO<\/strong> se <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#974307\" class=\"has-inline-color\">podr\u00e1 vender comida que cumpla con las reglas nutrimentales<\/mark><\/strong> que <strong>determine la Secretar\u00eda de Salud<\/strong>, las cuales deber\u00e1n <mark style=\"background-color:#d1e1f0\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>evaluarse y actualizarse <\/strong>por lo menos<strong> cada cinco a\u00f1os.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Con respecto a las <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#8bf657\" class=\"has-inline-color\">cooperativas<\/mark><\/strong>, deber\u00e1n <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">funcionar<\/mark><\/strong> con la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#053e5e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">participaci\u00f3n de la comunidad educativa<\/mark><\/strong>, con el fin de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#913e03\" class=\"has-inline-color\">fomentar estilos de vida saludables<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Ser\u00e1n los <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ac0606\" class=\"has-inline-color\">directivos y las autoridades escolares<\/mark><\/strong>, los <strong>responsables<\/strong> de la <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#8f024a\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>aplicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>vigilancia<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de
