{"id":26255,"date":"2024-01-19T00:21:00","date_gmt":"2024-01-19T06:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.salgadonoticias.com\/?p=26255"},"modified":"2024-01-19T15:19:21","modified_gmt":"2024-01-19T21:19:21","slug":"26255","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.salgadonoticias.com\/?p=26255","title":{"rendered":"Se reconoce la Violencia VICARIA a nivel FEDERAL&#8230;!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Views: 12<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Se reconoce la Violencia VICARIA a nivel FEDERAL...!!!\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/mg1zGnbKfuA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Se <strong>reforma<\/strong>n 3 ordenamientos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:#f5b384\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Ley General de Acceso de las Mujeres a&nbsp;una Vida Libre de Violencia, <\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:#f5b384\" class=\"has-inline-color\">C\u00f3digo Civil  y  <\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:#f5b384\" class=\"has-inline-color\">C\u00f3digo Penal (ambos Federales)<\/mark><\/em><\/strong>, se dice que con esto se busca fortalecer la <strong>protecci\u00f3n legal<\/strong> a las <strong>mujeres y sus hijos<\/strong> en <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">situaciones de violencia<\/span>, <strong>estableciendo<\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">medidas espec\u00edficas<\/span> y <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b90101\" class=\"has-inline-color\">sanciones<\/mark><\/strong> para quienes <strong>ejerzan violencia<\/strong> de <strong>manera INDIRECTA a trav\u00e9s de <\/strong>TERCEROS <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">(Interp\u00f3sita Persona)<\/span> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#ceeafc\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Reconoci\u00e9ndose<\/mark><\/strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">as\u00ed a nivel federal<\/span> la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#97fbd3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">VIOLENCIA VICARIA<\/mark>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto lo m\u00e1s relevante:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><mark style=\"background-color:#a0e9cb\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Violencia Familiar en el \u00c7\u00f3digo Penal Federal (Art\u00edculo 343 Bis y 343 Ter 2):<\/strong>\u00a0Se <strong>tipifica<\/strong> el <strong>delito<\/strong> de violencia familiar, <strong>AUMENTANDO<\/strong> las <strong>penas<\/strong> <strong>en un tercio (5 a\u00f1os)<\/strong> si se <strong>comete a trav\u00e9s de INTERPOSITA persona<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Con estos cambios los cuales est\u00e1n <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">vigentes a partir de hoy<\/mark><\/strong>, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f4aabd\" class=\"has-inline-color\">definen y tipifican la violencia a trav\u00e9s de interp\u00f3sita persona<\/mark><\/strong> como <strong>cualquier <mark style=\"background-color:#ead6fd\" class=\"has-inline-color\">acto u omisi\u00f3n<\/mark> <\/strong>que, con el objetivo de <strong>causar perjuicio o da\u00f1o a las mujeres<\/strong>, <mark style=\"background-color:#a9ee40\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DIRIGIDA<\/strong> <strong>contra las hijas y\/o hijos, familiares o personas allegadas<\/strong><\/mark>, ya sea que se tenga o se haya tenido relaci\u00f3n de matrimonio o concubinato; o mantenga o se haya mantenido una relaci\u00f3n de hecho con la persona agresora. Lo anterior aplica incluso cuando no se cohabite en el mismo domicilio.
