class=\"has-inline-color\">Norma T\u00e9cnica NT-SGIRPC-FT-009-2024<\/mark><\/strong>&nbsp;para unidades m\u00f3viles llamadas <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#770202\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Food Trucks<\/strong> <\/mark>que <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#040170\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>den servicios<\/strong> <\/mark>en <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#16027e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">eventos masivos<\/mark> <\/strong>en la<strong>&nbsp;CdMx<\/strong>, la cual entra en<strong> vigor a partir de hoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ella se establen los criterios <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#980101\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Obligatorios T\u00e9cnicos y Administrativos<\/mark><\/strong> en materia de&nbsp;<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1b8706\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgos y Protecci\u00f3n Civil<\/mark>&nbsp;<\/strong>para la operaci\u00f3n segura de estas Unidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son algunos de los criterios :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#fdb1c4\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Cumplir con la Ley, su<strong>&nbsp;Reglamento y dem\u00e1s normatividad aplicable en materia de Gesti\u00f3n Integral de Riesgos y Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/strong><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#10f499\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Destinar<\/strong> las unidades m\u00f3viles exclusivamente para los&nbsp;<strong>Servicios Alimentarios<\/strong> para consumo humano.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#eec964\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Instalar las se\u00f1alizaciones<\/strong> de conformidad con lo establecido en las&nbsp;<strong>Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-003-SEGOB-2011,<\/strong>&nbsp;se\u00f1ales y avisos para protecci\u00f3n civil, Colores, formas y s\u00edmbolos a utilizar, o la que la sustituya.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#cf9cfe\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>Disponer<\/strong> de <em><strong>instalaciones, equipos y materiales<\/strong><\/em> que permitan <strong>prevenir y mitigar riesgos<\/strong> a las personas que <strong>ocupan, trabajan o visitan <\/strong>el <strong>Food Trucks<\/strong><\/mark>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#8cb7a6\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Las <strong>instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la utilizaci\u00f3n de <strong>combustible para los generadores<\/strong> el\u00e9ctricos deber\u00e1n apegarse a la norma establecida en la norma t\u00e9cnica NT-SGIRPC-IET-<strong>003<\/strong>-4-2024, instalaciones el\u00e9ctricas temporales o la que la sustituya.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#f4b60c\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Contar con bit\u00e1cora<\/strong> de registro de lectura de <strong>consumo de corriente<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#f435b7\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Las <strong>parrillas el\u00e9ctricas <\/strong>deber\u00e1n contar con <strong>placa de registro<\/strong> con los datos del <strong>fabricante<\/strong> referente al <strong>consumo de corriente y voltaje<\/strong><\/mark><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f435b7\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">.<\/mark><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\">Instalaciones de <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\">gas L.P.<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\"> deber\u00e1n <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\">cumplir<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\"> con lo establecido en la <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\">Norma T\u00e9cnica NT-SGIRPC-IGT-004-4-2024<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\">, instalaciones de gas L.P., temporales o la que la sustituya Y adem\u00e1s se deber\u00e1 contar con <\/span><strong style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\">bit\u00e1cora <\/strong><span style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\">donde se anote fecha, hora y condiciones del tanque de gas <\/span><strong style=\"\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\">portatil<\/span><\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#b3f667\" class=\"has-inline-color\">, as\u00ed como la <strong>revisi\u00f3n preventiva de fugas<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(179, 246, 103);\">.<\/span><\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Es<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#6f0202\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>importante<\/strong> <\/mark><mark
