has-vivid-red-color\">3<\/mark><\/strong> de la Constituci\u00f3n de la CdMx, con ello &#8220;dicen&#8221; se armoniza con la Constituci\u00f3n Federal en su <strong>art\u00edculo 27<\/strong> y as\u00ed \u201cdicen\u201d buscan dejar <strong>claro<\/strong> que <em><u>el <\/u><\/em><mark style=\"background-color:#ff6900\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>gobierno capitalino<\/u><\/em> <strong>RESPETAR\u00c1 la Propiedad PRIVADA,<\/strong> P\u00fablica y Social<\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a
