style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong> <\/strong>despu\u00e9s de que, Tribunales Colegiados de Circuito <em><u>tuvieron <strong>opiniones contradictorias<\/strong><\/u><\/em> sobre <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#f9791d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>si el expediente f\u00edsico<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> del juicio de <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#f9791d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>amparo<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#fbdd89\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">DEBE <em><u>incluir solo las constancias presentadas f\u00edsicamente<\/u><\/em><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#f9791d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">por las partes y las <em><u>esenciales<\/u><\/em> para el caso, como las <em><u>notificaciones<\/u><\/em>, o <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f2b88f\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>si<\/strong> <strong>debe coincidir<\/strong> completamente con el <strong>expediente electr\u00f3nico<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1307e3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark> <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s del Pleno Regional en Materia Administrativa Civil en la CdMx, <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a80606\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DETERMIN\u00d3<\/strong> <\/mark>que, los <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#51f732\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Expedientes F\u00edsico y Electr\u00f3nico deben Coincidir \u00cdNTEGRAMENTE<\/mark><\/strong>, esto <em><u>conforme al art\u00edculo 3o., p\u00e1rrafo 6\u00b0, de la Ley de Amparo<\/u><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justificaci\u00f3n de la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0b047a\" class=\"has-inline-color\">SCJN <\/mark><\/strong>es que, el <em><u>Consejo de la Judicatura Federal tiene la facultad de emitir acuerdos generales para el ejercicio de sus funciones<\/u><\/em>, y los <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a20540\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>tribunales federales deben tramitar los juicios de amparo conforme a la Ley de Amparo<\/strong>. <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Esta ley<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a20540\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>establece<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">que los<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a20540\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>expedientes f\u00edsico y electr\u00f3nico deben coincidir \u00edntegramente<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque existen disposiciones administrativas que indican c\u00f3mo deben integrarse los expedientes f\u00edsicos, la Ley de Amparo<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a80638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>prevalece<\/strong>,<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> ya que la <em><u>Constituci\u00f3n<\/u><\/em> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a80638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>establece<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">que las<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a80638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>leyes federales<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">y los tratados internacionales<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a80638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong> <em><u>son la Ley Suprema<\/u><\/em><\/strong>, y un <\/mark><em><u><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>acuerdo administrativo<\/strong><\/mark><\/u><\/em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#a80638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>NO puede limitar una norma legal vigente<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#85f3c7\" class=\"has-inline-color\">RESOLUCI\u00d3N<\/mark> <\/strong>es de
