<\/strong>con el <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#d7fab3\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Colegio de Notarios<\/strong> (CNCDMX)<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> sobre<strong> <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#d7fab3\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Voluntad Anticipada,<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong> <\/strong>el cual beneficiar\u00e1 a las persona interesadas en <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#d7fab3\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>tramitarla<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que, las y los <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b90643\" class=\"has-inline-color\">notarios<\/mark><\/strong> deber\u00e1n <mark style=\"background-color:#e0f87d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>facilitar la realizaci\u00f3n<\/u><\/em><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> de este tr\u00e1mite, brindando a las personas <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#e0f87d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>asesor\u00eda y atenci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> Tambi\u00e9n se ha acordado una <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#e0f87d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>reducci\u00f3n en los gastos y honorarios notariales<\/strong>, VIGENTE<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> hasta el <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#e0f87d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>31 de diciembre de 2025<\/strong><\/mark>, por lo que los costos ser\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d6067e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>$750.00<\/strong> pesos m\u00e1s IVA para <strong>adultos mayores de 65 a\u00f1os<\/strong>,<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#028354\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>$1,600.00<\/strong> pesos m\u00e1s IVA para el <strong>resto de la poblaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
