class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>nombran ejidatarios<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#20047e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark><\/strong>, ante lo anterior <mark style=\"background-color:#d9f662\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>DETERMIN\u00d3 <\/strong>que<strong>, <\/strong>el <strong>plazo de prescripci\u00f3n<\/strong> del <strong>art\u00edculo 61<\/strong> de la <strong>Ley Agraria<\/strong> <strong>no aplica<\/strong> cuando se impugna el <strong>acta de asamblea<\/strong> de <strong>aceptaci\u00f3n de ejidatarios<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> ya que el precepto regula solo la <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#026013\"
