procedencia<\/u><\/em>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#280184\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark> <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s del Tribunal Colegiado de Circuito<strong> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#770606\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMIN\u00d3<\/mark> <\/strong>que, si se <mark style=\"background-color:#7feed8\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>acredita el derecho a una pensi\u00f3n por incapacidad permanente<\/strong>,<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> el <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#7feed8\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>IMSS<\/strong> DEBE <em><u>cubrir las prestaciones inherentes<\/u><\/em>, <strong>aunque no se hayan reclamado expresamente<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justificaci\u00f3n de la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#14088c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">SCJN<\/mark><\/strong> es que, seg\u00fan los <em><u>art\u00edculos 56 y 58 de la Ley del Seguro Social<\/u><\/em>, si se <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#e16003\" class=\"has-inline-color\">RECLAMA<\/mark><\/strong> una <mark style=\"background-color:#f8d164\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>pensi\u00f3n por incapacidad permanente<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> y se considera <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f8d164\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>procedente<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">, se <em><u>deben otorgar autom\u00e1ticamente prestaciones como<\/u><\/em> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f8d164\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>aguinaldo<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> (si la incapacidad es superior al 50%) y <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f8d164\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>asistencia m\u00e9dica<\/strong>, <strong>quir\u00fargica<\/strong>, <strong>farmac\u00e9utica, hospitalaria, aparatos de<\/strong> <strong>pr\u00f3tesis<\/strong> y <strong>ortopedia<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">, as\u00ed como <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f8d164\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>rehabilitaci\u00f3n,<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> pues dichos conceptos son consecuencia directa e inmediata de la procedencia de la pensi\u00f3n concedida,<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f8d164\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>aunque no se hayan solicitado
