has-black-color\"><strong> <\/strong>luego de que, <em><u>Diversas personas trabajadoras presentaron<\/u><\/em> un <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d05905\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>amparo<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">indirecto<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d05905\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>CONTRA<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">ciertos art\u00edculos de la Ley del ISSSTE reformados el 8 de mayo de 2023, tambi\u00e9n reclamaron el <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d05905\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>aumento<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">en el<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d05905\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>descuento<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de sus salarios por los<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d05905\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios<\/strong> <strong><em>del Fondo de la Vivienda<\/em>.<\/strong> <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Ante esto el Juzgado de Distrito <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d05905\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>desestim\u00f3 el amparo<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">porque los <em><u>promoventes<\/u><\/em><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#d05905\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>NO demostraron perjuicio<\/strong>. <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">En respuesta, interpusieron un recurso de revisi\u00f3n.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0a019f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark> <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s de la Segunda Sala<strong> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#900505\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMIN\u00d3<\/mark> <\/strong>que, las <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#06774e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>dependencias<\/u><\/em> DEBEN <strong>permitir<\/strong> a los acreditados <strong>VERIFICAR<\/strong> que los <strong>descuentos<\/strong> por concepto de <em><u>cobro de sus cr\u00e9ditos de vivienda contratados con el FOVISSSTE<\/u><\/em> son <strong>conforme<\/strong> al esquema elegido en su <strong>Contrato Hipotecario.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justificaci\u00f3n de la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#10038e\" class=\"has-inline-color\">SCJN<\/mark><\/strong> es que, Los <strong>trabajadores<\/strong> que <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9b0246\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>firmaron contratos hipotecarios<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">con el <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9b0246\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>Fondo de la Vivienda<\/u><\/em> ANTES <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">del 9 de mayo de 2023<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9b0246\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> TIENEN <strong>derecho<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">a que<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9b0246\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>solo se les descuente el 30 % de su sueldo base<\/strong>. <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Por lo tanto, las<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9b0246\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <em><u>dependencias est\u00e1n obligadas a permitirles<\/u><\/em> <strong>verificar<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">que el<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0,
