un<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b55109\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <em><u>usuario final de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica<\/u><\/em> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">PUEDE <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b55109\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>impugnar<\/strong> <em><u>un ajuste de facturaci\u00f3n si no firm\u00f3 el contrato<\/u><\/em>. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Uno dijo que SOLO <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b55109\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>quien firm\u00f3<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">el contrato<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b55109\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <em><u>puede impugnar<\/u><\/em>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">mientras que el otro dijo que e<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b55109\" class=\"has-inline-color\">l <em><u>propietario del inmueble<\/u><\/em>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">como<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b55109\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <em><u>usuario final y responsable del pago<\/u><\/em>, <strong>S\u00cd puede impugnar<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> los ajustes de facturaci\u00f3n, ya que sus <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b55109\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>derechos podr\u00edan verse afectados<\/u><\/em>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1b07e3\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark><\/strong>, ante lo anterior <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#830707\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMIN\u00d3<\/mark><\/strong> que el&nbsp;<mark style=\"background-color:#b9f36d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>usuario final<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<em><u>energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica<\/u><\/em>&nbsp;PUEDE <strong>impugnar<\/strong> los&nbsp;<strong>ajustes de facturaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, aunque <em><u>NO haya firmado<\/u><\/em> el&nbsp;<strong>contrato<\/strong><\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justificaci\u00f3n de la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#2006a6\" class=\"has-inline-color\">SCJN<\/mark> <\/strong>es que la <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ac044e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>Legislaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica<\/u><\/em> <strong>protege el derecho<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de los<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ac044e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> USUARIOS <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">finales a<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ac044e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>defenderse<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ac044e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <em><u>actos contrarios a sus intereses<\/u><\/em>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">aunque no contemple casos en que el<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ac044e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>firmante del contrato deja de ser el consumidor<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por consiguiente, el&nbsp;<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9f076e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>usuario final<\/u><\/em>&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">que<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9f076e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>consume y paga<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">el servicio de&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9f076e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>LUZ<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">puede <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9f076e\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>defender sus derechos ante los \u00f3rganos class=\"has-inline-color\">&nbsp;<strong>inmueble<\/strong><\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#99074d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>usuario final&nbsp;de&nbsp;energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica<\/u><\/em>&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">DEBE poder <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#99074d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>impugnar<\/strong> <em><u>ajustes de facturaci\u00f3n<\/u><\/em> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">para as\u00ed<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#99074d\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <em><u>evitar<\/u><\/em> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">quedar indefenso ante <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0,
