class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>uso<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> de los certificados de<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#4e0691\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>sello digital<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">para emitir CFDI, seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo mencionado,<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#4e0691\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>es un acto de molestia<\/strong>. <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Esto <em><u>significa que afecta provisionalmente los derechos del contribuyente<\/u><\/em>, pero<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#4e0691\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong> NO los priva <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de manera<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#4e0691\"
