El JUEZ <strong>orden\u00f3<\/strong> que se <strong>restableciera<\/strong> el servicio <strong>SIN<\/strong> pedirle <strong>garant\u00eda<\/strong> <strong>econ\u00f3mica<\/strong><\/mark>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta decisi\u00f3n fue impugnada mediante un recurso de revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#04057c\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark> <\/strong>a trav\u00e9s del Tribunal Colegiado de Circuito <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#8a0303\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMINO<\/mark> <\/strong>que,<strong> <\/strong>si se<strong> <\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:#b9f377\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>concede la suspensi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong> <\/strong>para <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#b9f377\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>reinstalar el servicio de luz<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>,<\/strong> la<strong> <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#b9f377\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>CFE<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> DEBE <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#b9f377\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>considerarse tercero interesado<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong> <\/strong>(art. 132 de la Ley de Amparo)<strong>,  <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#b9f377\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>aunque tambi\u00e9n sea autoridad responsable y adem\u00e1s, S\u00cd procede<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> el requisito de<strong> <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#b9f377\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>exigir garant\u00eda para que la suspensi\u00f3n tenga efectos<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <mark style=\"background-color:#f3cbae\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>justificaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> de la <strong>SCJN <\/strong>es que de la lectura conjunta de los art\u00edculos 132, 135 y 139 de la Ley de Amparo, la<strong> <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f3cbae\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>CFE<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> puede ser<strong> <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f3cbae\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>considerada tercero interesado<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">, <em>aunque sea autoridad responsable<\/em>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f3cbae\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>cuando se impugna el corte de luz<\/strong>.<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Adem\u00e1s, la <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f3cbae\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>suspensi\u00f3n SOLO surtir\u00e1 efectos<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">, si se<strong> <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f3cbae\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>FIJA una GARAT\u00cdA<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> que<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:#f3cbae\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <em><strong>proteja posibles da\u00f1os a terceros<\/strong><\/em>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Tribunal tambi\u00e9n decidi\u00f3 abandonar criterios anteriores para adoptar esta nueva postura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">Esta <strong><mark style=\"background-color:#f3a166\" class=\"has-inline-color\">RESOLUCI\u00d3N<\/mark> <\/strong>esta disponible para quien la
