style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">luego de que, Tribunales Colegiados de Circuito contendientes sustentaron<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#3f0575\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>criterios <\/strong><\/mark><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">contradictorios<\/mark><\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#3f0575\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">al analizar en qu\u00e9 momento DEBE<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#3f0575\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>tenerse por cumplida la sentencia de amparo<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">que ordena devolver una cantidad de dinero:<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#3f0575\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#3f0575\" class=\"has-inline-color\">a) Si con el solo <strong>hecho <\/strong>de que la autoridad <strong>notifique <\/strong>al <strong>quejoso <\/strong>que ha puesto a su disposici\u00f3n la <strong>devoluci\u00f3n<\/strong> del numerario; o<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">b) <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#3f0575\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Hasta <\/strong>que se verifique que \u00e9ste <strong>tiene<\/strong> la cantidad de <strong>dinero en su poder<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#1e0588\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark> <\/strong>ante lo anterior<strong> <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#780404\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMIN\u00d3 <\/mark><\/strong>que, para que se <mark style=\"background-color:#f8d470\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>considere cumplida una sentencia de amparo<\/strong> que <strong>ordena devolver dinero<\/strong>, es NECESARIO que la <em><u>autoridad responsable<\/u><\/em> <strong>REINTEGRE<\/strong> al quejoso o <strong>REALICE<\/strong> <em><u>actos que demuestren<\/u><\/em> un <strong>cumplimiento efectivo.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>justificaci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>SCJN<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">es que,&nbsp;de los<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&nbsp;<strong>art\u00edculos 17 constitucional<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>77, 192 y 196 de la Ley de Amparo<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">se<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>ESTABLECE<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">que el&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>\u00f3rgano jurisdiccional<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><em><u>debe precisar<\/u><\/em> los<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&nbsp;<strong>efectos del amparo<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">buscando la&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>restituci\u00f3n total<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">del<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&nbsp;<strong>derecho vulnerado<\/strong>. <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Si el efecto es la&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>reintegrado al quejoso<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">no basta con que est\u00e9&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#036843\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>a su
