class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>descuento por siniestro<\/u><\/em>&nbsp;<strong>NO es PRESTACI\u00d3N laboral<\/strong>&nbsp;<em><u>si no se pact\u00f3<\/u><\/em>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">por lo que&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#03731f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>no aplica la prescripci\u00f3n <\/strong><em><u>del art\u00edculo 516 LFT<\/u><\/em>&nbsp;<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">y<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#03731f\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>puede reclamarse en cualquier
