I<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#8e5832\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>Ley Federal del Trabajo<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">(agotar la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#8e5832\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>fase conciliatoria<\/strong>). <\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Por ello, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#8e5832\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><em><u>orden\u00f3 remitir el expediente<\/u><\/em> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">al<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#8e5832\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#010f43\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <\/mark>para que se presentara la constancia correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#010e76\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark><\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del&nbsp;Tribunal Colegiado de circuito, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#760303\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMIN\u00d3<\/mark> <\/strong>que, <mark style=\"background-color:#b9f3d3\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>NO es impedimento<\/strong> para <strong>admitir la demanda laboral<\/strong> que el <strong>domicilio<\/strong> se\u00f1alado para el <strong>emplazamiento<\/strong> <em><u>NO COINCIDA<\/u><\/em> con el de la <strong>constancia de no conciliaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#91047c\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>justificaci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de la <strong>SCJN<\/strong> es que, los art\u00edculos<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#91047c\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>871<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">y<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#91047c\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>872<\/strong>,<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> apartado B, fracc. I, de la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#91047c\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>LFT<\/strong>, <em><u>establecen<\/u><\/em> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">que la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#91047c\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>demanda laboral<\/strong> <em><u>debe incluir<\/u><\/em> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">el nombre y<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#91047c\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>domicilio<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">del<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#91047c\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>demandado<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">pero<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#91047c\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>NO EXIGE<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">que ese domicilio <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#91047c\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> al<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b104bc\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>trabajador<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">que el<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b104bc\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>domicilio<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">para<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0,
