El <em><u>Tribunal Colegiado de Circuito<\/u><\/em> <strong>concedi\u00f3<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">el <em><u>amparo<\/u><\/em> a uno por<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#045638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>violaciones procesales<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">ordenando<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#045638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>reponer el procedimiento<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">, y al otro por<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#045638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>violaciones formales <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">instruyendo la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#045638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>emisi\u00f3n de un nuevo laudo<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">conforme a los efectos se\u00f1alados en la <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#045638\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>ejecutoria<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#170381\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/mark><\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del&nbsp;Tribunal Colegiado de circuito, <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#910404\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMIN\u00d3<\/mark> <\/strong>que, el <mark style=\"background-color:#82fa90\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>separar de juicios laborales<\/strong> cuando en un <strong>amparo <\/strong>directo se <em><u>otorgan protecciones<\/u><\/em> <strong>distintas<\/strong> por <strong>vicios procesales<\/strong> y <strong>formales<\/strong> a <em><u>diferentes actores<\/u><\/em>, es para <em><u>no retrasar<\/u><\/em> la <strong>emisi\u00f3n del laudo<\/strong> y as\u00ed <em><u>garantizar<\/u><\/em> una <strong>justicia pronta<\/strong><\/mark>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9c0452\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>justificaci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de la <\/mark><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#07048f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">SCJN<\/mark><\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> es que, conforme al<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9c0452\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>art. 17 constitucional<\/strong>, toda autoridad DEBE <strong>impartir<\/strong> <strong>justicia pronta y completa<\/strong>. <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">En <em><u>materia laboral<\/u><\/em>, aunque la<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9c0452\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>acumulaci\u00f3n de juicios<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> es solo <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9c0452\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>procesal<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><em><u>cada uno conserva<\/u><\/em> su<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9c0452\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>individualidad<\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">.
