El Banco del Bienestar <em><u>se\u00f1al\u00f3<\/u><\/em> que<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"> <strong>NO era autoridad responsable<\/strong>,<\/mark> pues solo <em><u>ejecut\u00f3<\/u><\/em> una <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"><strong>orden de retenci\u00f3n<\/strong>. El <strong>Juzgado de Distrito<\/strong><\/mark> sobresey\u00f3 el caso al estimar que el <em><u>quejoso no impugn\u00f3 directamente<\/u><\/em> la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">orden de embargo<\/mark><\/strong> que origin\u00f3 el acto. Inconforme, el promovente INTERPUSO <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">recurso de revisi\u00f3n<\/mark><\/strong>, argumentando que la <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"><strong>pensi\u00f3n para el bienestar es Inembargable<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#045788\" class=\"has-inline-color\">&nbsp;<strong>Suprema Corte de Justicia<\/strong><\/mark> a trav\u00e9s del Tribunal Colegiado de Circuito <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#9f0505\" class=\"has-inline-color\">DETERMIN\u00d3<\/mark> <\/strong>que la <mark style=\"background-color:#b1fabc\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>PENSI\u00d3N para el BIENESTAR de las personas Adultas Mayores<\/strong> es <strong>INEMBARGABLE<\/strong> para <em><u>cumplir<\/u><\/em> <strong>obligaciones civiles y mercantiles<\/strong>.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#760159\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> <strong>justificaci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de la <\/mark><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#170383\" class=\"has-inline-color\">SCJN<\/mark><\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> es que, la <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#760159\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>pensi\u00f3n para el bienestar de las personas adultas mayores<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">reconocida en el <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#760159\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>art\u00edculo 4\u00ba constitucional<\/strong>, <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">es una <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#760159\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>pensi\u00f3n NO contributiva<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">destinada a garantizar el <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#760159\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>m\u00ednimo vital<\/strong> <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">de un grupo<\/mark><mark
